You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer law, without giving any reason. The calculation period for returns and exchanges is effective from the date of delivery of the goods.
2. Conditions of Return and Exchange
In order to ensure a smooth return or exchange, please ensure that the following conditions are met:
The goods are unused or damaged;
The original packaging and all accompanying labels should be retained, including but not limited to product manuals, plastic bags, tags, etc.;
The product must be in its original unopened or untamed condition.

Confirm the conditions of the return

Return shipping
Please send the item back to the return address provided in your confirmation email. We recommend that you use a tracking method to ensure the safe return of your products.
Merchandise inspection and handling
We will inspect the item within 7 working days of receipt to confirm that it is eligible for return or exchange. If you do, we'll process a refund or exchange within 14 days.
Refunds or exchanges
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method. If you choose to exchange an item, the replacement item will be dispatched as soon as possible after the return is confirmed.
4. Return Shipping
During the return process, shipping costs are at your expense. To ensure the safe return of your products, use a trackable shipping method. If there is a quality problem with the item or we misship the item, we will bear the cost of return shipping.
5. Refund Processing
Once we have confirmed that the returned item is eligible for return, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund processing times may be delayed depending on payment method or bank processing time.
